An award winning company and proud member of the Victoria Homebuilders Association, Shane has successfully overseen a diverse range of residential and commercial renovation projects. Renowned for his exceptional craftsmanship and project management expertise, he builds strong relationships with clients and tradespeople, ensuring effective communication and outstanding results.

The SMC team specializes in heritage and character home renovations, prioritizing the preservation of each property's unique features. In his spare time, Shane enjoys working on his own home, playing tennis, and golfing with his wife and sons. He is often found singing on the job site and is a member of the Victoria Philharmonic Choir. Additionally, Shane keeps bees and enjoys wood carving. With a degree in Humanities (philosophy), he loves reading works by authors like Salman Rushdie and Vladimir Nabokov, as well as the Harry Potter series - you know, the quirky stuff.
